What is your return policy?
For customers within the contiguous United States, please click here to request a return authorization number. You can request to return any unopened product if purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that we can only accept returns for purchases made at Nordic.com. If you purchased elsewhere, please contact the store. For purchases made on AMAZON, please log in to your AMAZON account to return the product.
How do I return an item?
Please email our Customer Service team at [email protected]. We will be happy to provide you with a “”Return Authorization #””. Please remember to reference this number on the OUTSIDE of the package before shipping to us. We are unable to process returns without that information and the package may be returned to you. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Are returns accepted if my order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO?
We do not accept returns from Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.
How will my money be returned to me?
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the refund has been issued by Nordic Naturals. Please allow 5-10 days for the reimbursement, credit, or funds to appear in your account. Timelines vary by financial institution.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges. However, we can assist with a return and the funds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5-10 days, depending on the financial institution.
Do you refund original shipping charges?
Refunds are processed based on applicable item and tax charges. We do not refund any original shipping charges.
Does Nordic Naturals offer free shipping on returns?
We do not offer free shipping on returns. If you need to return a product that was purchased from Nordic.com within the last 30 days, you can click here to request a Return Authorization # (RA #). Please be aware that we’re unable to accept returns received without an RA #.
Can I return products I purchased from a retailer or healthcare provider on Nordic.com?
We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on Nordic.com. We have great relationships with our retail partners and practitioners, if you’d like to return a product purchased directly from a one of our partners, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.
What items are eligible for returns?
Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition.
Products shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for returns.

Expedited shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund.
My product is damaged. What should I do?
If the product(s) you purchased from Nordic.com is damaged, please contact us. If you purchased a Nordic Naturals product from a retail store or authorized retailer, please contact that store or retail partner directly.
