Does Nordic Naturals ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! Please note that we ship USPS for all military and P.O. Box orders. Please note that we’re unable to provide expedited shipping service to APO / FPO or P.O. Boxes and all orders are shipped through USPS.
When will my order arrive?
All orders placed on Nordic.com are delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by the carrier. If you have a delivery question, you may contact the carrier directly

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped 7 days a week. Please note that we do not process orders on major holidays. Processing times may be subject to change.
Does Nordic Naturals ship internationally?
Nordic.com does not ship orders to international addresses. However, please CLICK HERE to locate a distributor in your country. Select products are also available at retailers across the world. We also suggest visiting www.iherb.com or www.vitacost.com as these online retailers also carry Nordic Naturals products and ship internationally.
I can’t see tracking updates from the carrier…what now?
Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to the carrier directly:

Can I sign up for text alerts?
Absolutely! Text alerts are a convenient way to sign up for notifications to let you know that your package is out for delivery or has been delivered. Simply open the Shipping Confirmation email, click on the tracking link and sign up from there. All you need to do is enter your cell phone #. Please note that standard text rates will apply and are charged through your cell phone provider.
How do I edit my billing information?
Any changes to your billing information can be made in the My Account section under Payment. Please log in to edit your default billing address, add a new card, and change your default payment method. Click here to log in to your account.

Due to carrier capacity issues occurring nationwide, shipments may experience several days in delays. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all processing times are estimates and subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

How can I change the shipping speed of my order?
The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered. Once an order is processing, we no longer have the ability to change the delivery method.
